Landis as a full member of the advisory board and treasury committee, has initiated the development of an overarching family charter, embracing shareholders aspirations. Landis in an acting Managing Director capacity, worked closely with the management team, in the development of a detailed strategic plan, covering resources, capability, capital, and culture. This delivered greater clarity of the family owners vision. This complex and detailed work provided 3-4 year financial forecasts, offering more comfort to the Bank.

 

Finance

Landis worked with the budget committee improving detailed analysis across multiple properties. This produced individual property performance data allowing improved objectivity for capital allocation and investment decisions. Assisting the management team in the development of a realistic production plan, and coaching its ongoing implementation. Resulting in delivering actual performance ahead of budget.
